About Us
In the Beginning:
Alan Kercher started the company in 1995. Alan's interest has been in providing excellence in a broad range of engineering services to his clients. The company was founded based on the best practice engineering support Alan had provided to many public agencies through training and other related best practice support activities.
The Growing Years:
The firm grew to cover a range of engineering services, including in civil, structural, site design, data collection, project management, etc. Offices were set-up in 4 locations.
Where We're Going:
Recognizing the extreme pressures that most public agencies were under to manage more efficiently, a prime focus of the firm is on infrastructure and asset management. This work has allowed KEI to support public agencies in meeting their goals with reduced budgets.
