Alan Kercher, PE -- Founder and President:

He is an expert in the design and construction of public works projects and, more specifically, an industry leader in pavement management methodology and pavement preservation techniques. He has conducted pavement and asset management assessments for many state, county and local public agencies across the country. Alan’s strong vision of empowering transportation agencies with the knowledge and tools they need to make well-informed decisions extends to the entire company. With that goal in mind, Alan has presented more than 200 technical sessions at various local, state and national conferences including the Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia Technology Transfer (T2) Centers; Delaware DOT; Delaware River and Bay Authority and the Federal Highway Administration. Additionally, he has served on FHWA panels to develop the pavement preservation and pavement management roadmaps.

Greg
Greg Jakubiak -- Infrastructure Asset Management Project Manager:

He is an accomplished manager focusing on the full range of transportation related assets. He has extensive experience in the planning and design of roadway, rail transit and drainage engineering projects as well as broad environmental permitting experience. He has used this experience to closely guide clients to assure the most beneficial setup of various pavement and asset management projects. In addition, his years of focus in the area of Quality Management has helped him assure that all projects are successfully implemented, that client satisfaction is maintained and that overall company quality guidelines are maintained. He manages the KEI Maryland office and he is currently active with the Northeast Pavement Preservation Partnership (NEPPP), where he serves as an Industry Director.

Aaron Gerber -- Pavement Management Specialist and Civil Engineer:

He has been involved in the development, implementation, and configuration of many infrastructure asset management systems, based on various software platforms including AgileAssets, Infor, PWS Solutions, RSMS, SIMS, and MEM. This has been for the management of building facilities, drainage, fleet, pavements, sidewalks, signs and utilities.

Simon Lewis, PhD -- Program Manager for Infrastructure Asset Management:

He was previously instrumental in helping set up the GIS-T field, being founder and president of GIS/Trans, Ltd. Over 25 years, he has provided many training sessions and workshops for agencies on the set of infrastructure management systems and transportation IT. He completed his PhD in the optimal design of highway asset databases and the use of LRS (MIT, 2000).

Steve Raign -- Traffic Engineer:

Steve has over 4 decades of experience in Traffic Engineering focusing on traffic impact studies, traffic operational analysis, intersection and roadway improvement studies, access design, permitting and compliance review of road widening, intersection improvements, signalization, signing, striping and temporary traffic control. He has significant knowledge of public/private partnerships and has worked to assure their success. Steve’s significant knowledge extends to the public sector through his many years of Traffic Engineering experience with the Delaware Department of Transportation.
